About The Position
As a Seasonal Sales Associate at Aeropostale, you will play a crucial role in promoting our culture, values, and mission. Your primary responsibility will be to share your passion for fashion and create an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will engage with customers, providing them with personalized service and fashion advice that makes them feel good about themselves and their individual style. In this role, you will be expected to achieve and exceed sales goals by executing our selling strategy effectively. This includes sharing your product knowledge with customers to maximize sales and inspire them to make purchases that cater to their needs. You will assist with daily opening and closing tasks to maintain a clean, neat, and tidy store environment, ensuring that the shopping experience is pleasant for all customers. Additionally, you will complete assigned job responsibilities such as floor sets, filling the floor, and ringing up customers. It is essential to remain positive and professional while working collaboratively with your team to create a great environment for both customers and colleagues.
