The Risk Management Division is actively seeking one (1) All Lines Claims Adjuster. This position reports to the General Liabilities Claims Manager and is responsible for investigating all general liability claims. The role includes investigating auto and general liability claims, completing field investigations, analyzing legal and financial exposure, determining liability, and making decisions regarding settlements. The position also involves responding to on-call scene claims, attending depositions and mediations, negotiating with claimants and attorneys, and performing related work as required.
