The Alignment Technician is responsible for performing brake, front end, and alignment maintenance, as well as mechanical work, in accordance with company policies and procedures. This role includes training and coaching other employees, ensuring customer service productivity, and maintaining quality control of shop functions. The technician will also assist in achieving service and sales goals while ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
