Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional automotive training is a plus.
• Proven experience as an alignment technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle alignment equipment and techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

• ASE certification in steering and suspension is preferred.
