About The Position

Boulevard Tire Center is growing! We are looking for a top notch Alignment Technician/Truck Mechanic at our Fort Meyers, FL location Candidate will be able to perform skilled work required to inspect, disassemble, wheel alignment, repair, assemble and test on all types of vehicles. Also perform other services on automobiles, trucks, other vehicles and equipment including, but not limited to exhaust, brakes, steering, suspension, and maintenance services. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Must maintain regular attendance and ability to be at work on time each scheduled workday. Diagnose and repair to specifications brake and hydraulic, suspension and alignment systems. Removal, installation, adjustment, rebuilding and replacing of shoes disc pads, bearings, shock absorbers, mufflers, tail pipes, etc. Perform a road test on vehicles and perform vehicle inspection/courtesy checks. Listen to customer to understand the problem and test drive to listen for car noises. Perform tire inspections, repairs, computer balancing and replacement for automotive type vehicles, light and heavy-duty trucks as well as general lubrication, oil changes, belts, hoses, starters and alternator services. OTHER DUTIES Maintain company standards of cleanliness, orderliness and appearance of space and equipment. Maintain operating efficiency of tools and equipment arranging repairs, recommending additional items if needed. Maintain A.S.E. certifications, if applicable. Comply with Company Safety Policy. Ability and flexibility to work on Saturday. Ability and flexibility to perform other duties as assigned by Manager.

Requirements

  • Driver's License
