About The Position

The Alibaba Cloud IDC Americas Cluster Operations Team is a critical component of Alibaba Cloud's global infrastructure strategy. Our mission is to ensure the highly efficient, stable, and secure operation of data centers across the Americas. We are dedicated to delivering 'last mile customer value' from our data centers, providing a seamless, reliable, and highly efficient cloud service experience. Our team comprises dedicated professionals in Facilities, IT, and Asset Management, possessing comprehensive capabilities from daily operations to strategic planning.

Responsibilities

• Participate in daily operations, deployment, and troubleshooting of IT infrastructure (servers, networks, storage, etc.) in Americas data centers, ensuring stable equipment operation.
• Execute operational tasks according to SOPs, promptly record operation logs, and assist with IT asset management.
• Assist with capacity management and performance monitoring, and participate in security and compliance audits.
• Actively learn new technologies and contribute to team knowledge sharing and accumulation.
• Respond quickly and support fault resolution in emergency situations.

Benefits

• The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $82,800 and $136,000/year.
• Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
