About The Position

The position involves overseeing operations and maintenance with a focus on stability and efficiency. The candidate will be responsible for constructing observability links, developing stability operations and maintenance platforms, and establishing application operations and maintenance standards. The role requires a proactive approach to monitoring, diagnosing, and resolving issues to ensure stable business operations. Additionally, the candidate will engage in resource optimization and security assurance, responding to emergencies and enhancing system architecture.

Requirements

• Fluent in Chinese communication skills.
• Over 3 years of experience in operations and maintenance in related fields.
• Basic mastery of architecture design, performance optimization, and stability optimization.
• Experience with intelligent and automated operations and maintenance platforms.
• Proficient in protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, and HTTP.
• Familiar with at least one cloud service platform and its mainstream products.

• Familiarity with DPDK (Data Plane Development Kit).
• Development capabilities to advance automation in operations.

• Develop and implement stability solutions with a global perspective.
• Establish and optimize monitoring mechanisms for application operations.
• Develop and maintain monitoring platforms and tools.
• Create warning mechanisms for quick fault discovery and resolution.
• Analyze and diagnose problems post-event, collaborating with relevant personnel.
• Design and maintain operations and maintenance platforms and tools.
• Conduct data-driven analysis of operations and maintenance quality.
• Establish operation and maintenance process specifications and standards.
• Develop emergency response specifications for application operations.
• Plan budget preparation and capacity planning based on business requirements.
• Ensure stability while integrating resource consumption predictions.
• Conduct 24/7 emergency response and daily monitoring alerts.
• Develop and drill emergency plans for major events.
• Oversee system architecture upgrades and disaster recovery architecture.
