About The Position

We are the Alibaba Cloud Security key management Team, specializing in the R&D, operation, and management of key management, and certificate services. Our young and dynamic team has a strong R&D foundation, providing multi-scenario and multi-platform security services for the cloud platform and tenants, committed to ensuring cloud data security.

Requirements

• Familiarity with commonly used systems and tools such as Linux and Docker, with a solid foundation in computer science.
• Understanding of virtualization technology, cloud computing, and principles of distributed computing.
• Proficient in using Linux system analysis tools, capable of independently troubleshooting system and software issues, and quickly locating and resolving faults.
• Experience in using and configuring monitoring systems, with familiarity in mainstream monitoring tools such as Prometheus.
• Proficient in at least one programming language among Java, Golang, or Python, with the ability to develop automated operations and maintenance tools.
• Familiarity with the operation and optimization of mainstream databases (such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a cross-cultural team.
• Preference for candidates with a strong interest in network security, or cloud security.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, monitor, and maintain key management product systems (including key management platforms, certificate platforms, etc.), ensuring their high availability and security.
• Participate in disaster recovery and circuit breaker drills for highly available systems to enhance system stability and risk resistance.
• Lead the functional release of key management product, independently conduct operational testing, and ensure the stability and performance of products after launch.
• Configure and manage hardware and software monitoring systems (such as Prometheus) to achieve 24/7 real-time monitoring and rapid response, ensuring timely detection and resolution of issues.
• Design and develop automated operations and maintenance tools and platforms to improve operational efficiency, reduce manual intervention, and optimize system performance.
• Monitor system operation logs, independently troubleshoot application issues, propose solutions, and collaborate with the R&D team for fixes and validation.
• Develop annual capacity plans and budgets based on product usage and capacity changes to ensure rational allocation and utilization of resources.
