Responsibilities

  • Proactively gain insights into key industries in the US, Canadian, and LATAM markets, identify key/potential customers, and find key decision-making chains.
  • Use customer's language to start conversations, gain customer trust, and identify customers' actual needs.
  • Carry out secondary development for existing customers, providing experience upgrades in services and operational cooperation.
  • Regularly contact existing and potential customers to keep abreast of key information such as business plans and budgets.
  • Identify customers' decision-making chains and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Help customers understand the technical value of Alibaba Cloud's products and their competitive advantages.
  • Independently explain standard Alibaba Cloud product solutions to customers.
  • Promote customers to make quick decisions to adopt Alibaba Cloud products and technology solutions.
  • Use sales strategies to convert business opportunities and achieve results.
  • Provide customers with full lifecycle support and integrate resources to ensure project success.
