  • Collaborate with an R&D team developing a new generation of bio-sensing technologies.
  • Develop advanced sensing algorithms from multichannel biosensor data.
  • Conduct human study data analysis, algorithm prototyping, and assess algorithm performance requirements.
  • Work cross-functionally with other engineering teams, particularly with software engineering, to refine requirements and develop specifications.
  • Verify on-device implementation of algorithms.
  • Collect data and test algorithm prototypes in real time.
  • Analyze larger datasets offline.
  • 10+ years of relevant industry experience.
  • MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Applied Math, Physics, or a related field.
  • Multi-disciplinary understanding of statistical analysis and optical physics principles.
  • Skilled in training/validation for algorithm features using sensor data.
  • Establish quantitative algorithm performance benchmarks.
  • Knowledge of algorithm optimization for hardware constraints (compute, memory, power).
  • Familiarity with analyzing large datasets and developing data processing pipelines.
  • Experience with measuring, interpreting, and debugging human physiological signals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
