  • Design, modeling, implementation and optimization of analog-to-digital and digital-to-analog converter algorithms suitable for running in resource-constrained, power-sensitive and time-critical systems
  • Clear documentation of algorithm design and usage guidelines for internal and external stakeholders
  • Leading and participating in design reviews to ensure algorithm quality, robustness and alignment with system requirements
  • Occasional gathering/clarification of technical specifications
  • Close collaboration with software and hardware teams
  • Demonstrated experience implementing algorithms
  • Strong understanding of digital signal processing principles, adaptive filtering, estimation theory and/or software engineering fundamentals
  • Strong mathematical and problem-solving skills
  • Expert knowledge of one and proficiency across others: MATLAB, Python, embedded C/C++
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional, distributed teams, including hardware, software, test and product engineering groups
  • Ability to set and manage priorities, adapt to change, drive progress of activities, risks and deliverables to closure
  • MSEE in EE or ECE and 5+ years of experience or PhD in related area
  • High speed data converter experience
  • Knowledge of ARM and/or RISC-V processor architectures
  • Familiarity with machine learning algorithms
  • Leadership skills and experience in directing and mentoring junior engineers
