Requirements

• Minimum of one year of MIG welding experience is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, steady hand, and a true passion for quality welding work.
• Ability to handle repetitive tasks, including standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding on mild steel, working with materials ranging from 20 gauge to 1-inch thickness.
• Produce accurate, durable components following detailed instructions and specifications.
• Support in achieving certifications, such as D1.1 GMAW and D1.3 GMAW, as part of your training.
• Interpret welding symbols and blueprints to ensure precise setups and welds.
• Utilize a variety of metal finishing tools, including grinders and abrasives, to meet high standards.
• Operate lifting devices such as cranes, positioners, magnets, and hooks safely and efficiently.
