Provide ongoing treatment services to incarcerated individuals with substance use disorders. develop treatment findings and conclusions based on an admission and comprehensive evaluation; establish a substance use disorder diagnostic impression; develop and implement a person-centered treatment plan for each assigned incarcerated individual; continually evaluate and document the level and quality of participation and progression towards reasonably applied goals for each incarcerated individual, an provide services to ensure successful treatment. Work with other facility staff and provide such services in a variety of treatment modalities in order to assist the incarcerated individual in addiction rehabilitation. The services include recruiting, screening, orientation, assessment, treatment planning and reviewing, coordinating educational and treatment services using various media, continuing recovery planning, and individual counseling.
