Under moderate supervision with some periods of autonomy provides clerical and administrative support to one or more functional areas of Human Resources such as, personnel records, employee or labor relations, training, and/or equal opportunity/affirmative action. Duties include facilitating training courses and on-boarding survey’s. Assist HR Dept. with Orientation classes, interviews, filing, and any additional duties as needed. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Train employees daily on standard monthly courses related to safety, food safety, compliance, security, and much more. Onboarding Survey’s for 30 day and 90 day New Hires On-boarding Tracking Back up to Orientation trainers Responsible for training of 1200 employees between 2 plants Some travel required between 2 facilities (within a mile apart) All other duties as assigned
