About The Position
The Alarm Service Technician at Bay Alarm Company is responsible for providing repair, replacement, installation, inspection, and maintenance services for alarm systems. This role involves establishing positive customer relationships, diagnosing alarm malfunctions, and ensuring timely service in accordance with company standards. The technician will also provide training to Level I Service Technicians and may be required to be on-call as needed.
