About The Position
The Alamo Ranger Communications Dispatcher is a full-time position responsible for answering both non-emergency and emergency calls. This role requires recording information and informing Alamo Rangers and Law Enforcement agencies about incidents. Dispatchers will log and issue Visitor, Contractor, and Alamo Employee badges for those visiting or performing duties at the Alamo. The position involves typing official statements, assisting individuals who wish to file complaints, and maintaining general office records. Dispatch duties also include monitoring the CCTV system, reporting incidents, and dispatching Alamo Rangers to occurrences on the Alamo Grounds and Buildings.
