AK Product & Deliver Specialist

About the position

Kendall Auto Group is one of the largest family owned and operated dealers in the Pacific Northwest and premier employer in Fairbanks. We are looking for a Product & Deliver Specialist. At Kendall Auto Mall in Fairbanks, our sales department is a fast-paced environment serving clients throughout the community and the state. This is an opportunity to join an established sales department and assist the team with customers after the sale to streamline our sales workforce.

Responsibilities

• Meet the customer during their purchase to assist with delivery of the vehicle.
• Follow up with the customer after the sale and set future appointments to meet with the customer to complete a second delivery.
• Cover any questions the customer may have about their new vehicle.
• Assist sales and service staff, along with customers, with troubleshooting minor usage or connectivity issues.
• Spend up to 50% of the time on the computer and on the phone, and the other 50% demonstrating features of the car.

Requirements

• Proven work history in customer service.
• Positive attitude.
• Passionate about vehicles and technology.
• Detail oriented.
• Clear communication skills.
• No experience required; willing to train the right person.
