About The Position

Requirements

  • 4-5 years of experience in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) or similar marketing automation platforms as a Data Engineer.
  • Working experience in a Production Support team with AJO or similar marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong SQL skills for managing and querying data.
  • Good understanding of personalization fields within communication templates.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Adobe Experience Platform RT-CDP.
  • Experience with Adobe Campaign.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot data-related issues and perform root cause analysis to implement solutions that minimize downtime.
  • Manage and query data using strong SQL skills to ensure data accuracy and integrity for campaigns.
  • Read and understand personalization fields within communication templates.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of data processes, configurations, and known issues.
  • Handle incidents related to AJO admin activities, including user access management and issues related to channels like Email, SMS, and Push notifications.
  • Monitor the AJO platform daily, report identified issues, analyze them, and fix them within agreed SLAs.
