As an Aisles Online Shopper, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our online shoppers receive the best products available. This position is responsible for accurately selecting groceries ordered online by our customers, ensuring that they receive high-quality items that meet their expectations. You will be expected to provide prompt, efficient, and friendly customer service, treating customers as the most important people in the store. This includes greeting customers with a smile, assisting them in locating products, and addressing their needs with care and patience. In this role, you will be responsible for selecting the highest quality produce, meat, and other fresh products, as well as scanning and bagging items from all temperature zones. You will also need to adhere to company policies and individual store guidelines while ensuring that products maintain proper temperature throughout the entire process. Your ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment will be essential, as you will continually monitor incoming online orders to ensure prompt fulfillment. Additionally, you will be required to lift, carry, and load groceries into customer vehicles, making physical stamina an important aspect of this job. The Aisles Online Shopper position is a part-time role that requires a commitment to the Hy-Vee mission and a willingness to promote the values of the company. You will report to the District Store Director, Store Manager, and Assistant Managers of Store Operations, and you will have no direct reports. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working independently while also being part of a team that values customer service and quality.
