About The Position

The Aisles Online Shopper is responsible for selecting the best products for online shoppers and accurately fulfilling grocery orders placed by customers. This role emphasizes customer service, ensuring a friendly and efficient shopping experience. The position requires adherence to company policies and guidelines while maintaining high standards in product selection.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with people in a friendly, professional manner.
• Ability to identify problems and develop solutions.
• Well organized, able to multi-task, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provides prompt, efficient, and friendly customer service by exhibiting caring, concern, and patience in all customer interactions.
• Greets customers in a friendly manner and makes an effort to learn their names.
• Assists customers by escorting them to products, securing out-of-reach items, and loading/unloading heavy items.
• Answers telephone and emails promptly, providing helpful service.
• Accurately selects groceries ordered online by customers, ensuring the highest quality of produce, meat, and other fresh products.
• Selects, scans, and bags items from all temperature zones.
• Reports to work when scheduled and on time.
• Tenders customer orders through POS and charges the customer's credit card.
• Ensures products maintain proper temperature throughout the order process.
• Monitors incoming online orders for prompt fulfillment.
• Performs other job-related duties and special projects as required.
