The Aisles Online Manager oversees the planning, implementation, staffing, and tracking for the fulfillment and delivery of the store's online shopping website. This role is crucial in maintaining the order fulfillment process and scheduling of personal shoppers and delivery drivers. The position promises a commitment to customer service, ensuring that every interaction is friendly and efficient, and that customers feel valued and supported throughout their shopping experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with people in a friendly, professional manner.
• Ability to identify problems and develop solutions.
• Basic computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheet, and email applications.

Responsibilities

• Provides prompt, efficient and friendly customer service by exhibiting caring, concern and patience in all customer interactions.
• Greets customers in a friendly manner and makes an effort to learn their names.
• Assists customers by escorting them to products, securing out-of-reach items, and loading or unloading heavy items.
• Monitors incoming online orders to ensure prompt, on-time fulfillment.
• Trains new employees and manages department employee scheduling.
• Ensures customer satisfaction and addresses any service issues.
• Adheres to food safety guidelines and maintains product quality.
• Provides education to existing employees regarding new policies and procedures.
• Performs other job-related duties and special projects as required.
