About the position

The Airtable Implementation Lead will oversee the transition and implementation of Airtable as a key operational tool within the organization. This role requires expertise in Airtable configuration and transition management, along with the ability to collaborate across departments to achieve impactful results. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in managing large-scale transitions and possess strong communication skills to engage stakeholders effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and drive the transition to Airtable across the organization, ensuring alignment with team goals and timelines.
  • Develop a clear roadmap for Airtable, balancing strategic objectives and practical requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with two Airtable project managers who are configuration experts, supporting them in establishing and refining the Airtable configuration roadmap.
  • Directly configure Airtable to support project manager and meet deadline mandates, ensuring it aligns with organizational needs and operational efficiencies.
  • Own the transition process end-to-end, from planning and execution to monitoring and reporting.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, facilitating training, resolving issues, and securing buy-in across departments.
  • Facilitate training sessions and regular updates on Airtable best practices and functionality.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience working with Airtable, including configuration and project-based application.
  • Strong background in managing large-scale transitions and projects, with a track record of successfully implementing new capabilities.
  • Experience communicating and collaborating across functions and departments to drive change.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to convey complex ideas to various audiences and translate business requirements to actionable objectives.

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with the client's operational environment is highly preferred.
