About The Position

UST is looking for a seasoned technologist with managerial experience and specialized expertise in streamlining, upgrading, and managing Airtable-based products. The role requires a strong background in Airtable, including base design, automation, and integration capabilities, as well as proficiency in writing custom scripts using JavaScript. The position is a contract role lasting between 6 to 12 months, located in Bentonville, AR, and requires onsite presence with no remote work options.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience with Airtable, including base design, automation, and integration capabilities.
• Strong proficiency in writing custom Airtable scripts using JavaScript.
• Solid understanding of database concepts and data management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Experience in architecting end-to-end workflows.

Responsibilities

• Streamline, upgrade, and manage Airtable-based products.
• Design and implement Airtable bases and automation processes.
• Write custom Airtable scripts using JavaScript to automate user actions and improve efficiency.
• Architect end-to-end workflows for data processing.
• Create custom, robust, and scalable data processing workflows.
• Automate data integrity processes through advanced data cleansing techniques and fuzzy logic.
• Collaborate with a multi-vendor, multi-cultural distributed team to ensure timely project completion.
