About The Position

The Airside Experience Specialist is responsible for providing exceptional services for general aviation aircraft, crew, and guests at the private aviation terminal. This role involves operating ground service equipment and ensuring compliance with company policies to deliver efficient service. The position requires flexibility in scheduling, including night and weekend shifts, and involves working in various weather conditions near aircraft.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug tests.
• Valid state driver's license; CDL may be required in some locations.
• Excellent vision and coordination for inspecting aircraft fuel.
• Ability to pass a color vision test.
• Strong judgment and ability to follow directions.

Nice To Haves

• Three to six months experience in aviation or customer service.
• Strong hospitality skills with a guest-obsessed personality.
• Ability to anticipate guest needs and prioritize requests.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Conduct airside operations safely and efficiently according to established policies and SOPs.
• Collaborate with team members, guests, clients, vendors, and aircraft crew to meet service needs.
• Provide services such as fueling, de-icing, lavatory, ground power, and potable water services.
• Prepare for arriving/departing aircraft and perform open job tasks.
• Operate ground service equipment like fuel trucks and tugs.
• Load and unload luggage and cargo into/out of aircraft and guest vehicles.
• Deliver professional and friendly guest service at all times.
• Maintain safe, clean, and secure ramps and operations.
• Handle fuel quality control and maintain accurate documentation.
• Comply with operational, safety, and guest service requirements.
