Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy government airport location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. You will support travelers and staff through outstanding customer service and communication while bringing agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity to every shift.
Requirements
- 20+ Years of Age
- Valid Drivers License
- Ability to use computers - basic computer knowledge
- Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and physical exam
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to site personnel and the public by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as directed.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting appropriate airport and/or government authorities and completing required reports.
- Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of terminals, curbside areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations; working environments and conditions may vary by assignment.
- Assist with access control by monitoring restricted-entry points, checking identification and/or credentials when assigned, and directing visitors to the appropriate areas.
- Monitor for irregular activity such as unattended items, suspicious behavior, and/or unauthorized access attempts, and communicate observations promptly via radio and/or telephone.
