We’re seeking an on-call Airport Technical Support Technician to provide on-site support for automated Self-Serve Bag Drop machines used by airline customers at ORD. The role involves physical maintenance and basic mechanical troubleshooting using hand tools. Responsibilities include responding to incidents as they arise as well as performing bi-weekly preventative maintenance visits (2-3 hours/visit) to inspect and service the machines, ensuring they remain fully operational. Training will be provided, and airport parking fees are reimbursed. You’ll be paid hourly for all on-site work and required to complete a checklist report after each maintenance visit.
