As a Station Agent, you will perform a cross-functional role, combining the duties of a Customer Service Agent and a Ramp Agent to ensure safe and efficient station operations. This position requires no prior experience, offering an excellent opportunity to begin your career in the aviation industry. As a Station Agent, you will serve as a versatile team member responsible for both “above the wing” customer service and “below the wing” ramp operations. You will be the first point of contact for passengers, playing a vital role in creating a positive airport experience. Simultaneously, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient loading and unloading of customer baggage, operating ground service equipment, and coordinating the servicing of aircraft. This position requires a professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with strict time constraints. You must be comfortable interacting with customers, proficient in using computers, and capable of working outdoors in various weather and noise conditions. The role demands flexibility to work with multiple carriers and fulfill various duties as assigned.
