Responsibilities Position: Airport Shuttle Fleet Manager - (Partial DOT) Salary Range: $90,000 - $95,000 per year Job Function – Responsible for overseeing the fleet repairs and maintenance operations for an airport shuttle operation.

Requirements

  • Prior progressive supervisory or management experience in a transportation environment preferred.
  • Qualified candidates should be proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Must possess a valid state-issued driver’s license with a current address and acceptable driving record.
  • A Medical Examiner’s Certificate (DOT Medical Card) is required.
  • Special shift requirements, if any, will vary depending on a location's hiring needs. If applicable, availability to work 2nd shift, 3rd shift and/or week-ends may be required.

  • Prior experience ensuring employer is compliant with federal (EPA Clean Water Act of 1977) and local laws and regulations, particularly in the area of water pollution preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the on-site manager to prepare fleet repairs and maintenance schedules; assign, perform, and supervise the work product.
  • Oversee daily functions of the maintenance staff employees to ensure quality and timely completion of daily, weekly, monthly and annual maintenance and cleaning projects.
  • Conduct daily inspects on cleaning, maintenance and repair projects to ensure that quality standards are met.
  • Direct and manage routine cleaning, maintenance and repair, including power washing, slurring, restriping, sweeping and commercial painting.
