The City of Sugar Land is seeking a full-time Airport Services Representative Supervisor to oversee operations at the Sugar Land Regional Airport. This role focuses on providing exceptional customer service to passengers and aircrew, managing a team of Airport Services Representatives, and ensuring efficient handling of financial transactions and administrative functions.   • Supervise Airport Services Representatives at the main desk, including employee selection, training, scheduling, and evaluations.
  • Manage requests for ancillary services such as hotel reservations, limousine, and car services.
  • Handle heavy telephone traffic efficiently and promptly.
  • Prepare and maintain records of all scheduled incoming aircraft and complete necessary paperwork.
  • Distribute crew cars according to Airport policy and process related paperwork.
  • Process sales and quote fuel prices using Total FBO software.
  • Communicate effectively using aviation terminology over Unicom and two-way radio.
  • Prepare and process payments for Airport services by cash, check, or credit card.
  • Maintain customer files with current contact and credit card information.
  • Prepare monthly reports and resolve customer questions or complaints.
  • Ensure effective communication within and between departments.
  • Associate's degree preferred.
  • Minimum five years of Fixed Based Operator (FBO) experience in a customer service role with advanced knowledge of aviation terminology.
  • Supervisory experience required.
  • Previous experience in a customer service-based role is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Valid Texas Driver's License.
  • Experience using Total FBO software.
