Requirements
- Valid Driver License.
- 1-3 years’ experience in the area of maintenance operations.
- Basic knowledge of building maintenance; painting, patching, light electrical work, plumbing, etc.
- Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics.
- Experience maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing various types of large equipment.
- Ability to be badged to work in secure areas of an airport.
- Ability to work Day or Night Shift including weekends and holidays.
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with Airport operations a plus.
- Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance of building maintenance, and related equipment.
- Provide concise, accurate and sufficiently detailed data for input of all maintenance information into CMMS system.
- Provide emergency/unscheduled and scheduled maintenance repairs of building equipment.
- Drive and operate different equipment such as golf carts, company vehicles, forklifts, etc.
- Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and services.
- Complete all PM and CM logs and paperwork.
- Comply with the company safety program and trainings.
- Flexible to work varying shifts as operationally needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned or needed.
