Job Description As a Airport Security Officer - Red Team in Honolulu, HI , you will safeguard the airport, staff, and it's facilities. Along with driving, patrolling, checking, and securing doors. You will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication to all visitors and staff. Position Type: Full Time - Afternoon Pay Rate: $22.50 / Hour with an hourly bonus of $1.96. Premium paid shall be based on the position actually worked by the employee. Job Schedule: Day Time Tue 03:30 PM - 12:00 AM Thur 03:30 PM - 12:00 AM Sat 03:30 PM - 12:00 AM Sun 03:30 PM - 12:00 AM

Requirements

Valid Driver's License (+1 years)
21+ years of age
Ability to pass a background check, physical, and drug screening
Ability to pass a background check according to the DOT Pass and ID office
Be at least 21 years of age.
Be at least 21 years of age for unarmed roles; 22+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support operations at the location.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the property and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and identify potential issues.
Monitor access points and observe activities to report any unusual or suspicious behavior in accordance with established protocols.
Document and communicate incidents, hazards, and maintenance needs to the appropriate personnel as required by site policies.
Assist visitors and personnel by providing information and directions as needed while maintaining a professional presence.
Support emergency response efforts and/or evacuation procedures as directed by site management or Allied Universal leadership.
