About The Position

The Airport Reservation Specialist at Budget Car and Truck Rental is responsible for finalizing and booking customer rental reservations while providing exceptional customer service. This full-time position requires evening hours from 5 PM to 1 AM, with some earlier shifts on weekends. The role involves closing sales on rental add-ons and ensuring a smooth rental process for customers.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Fewer than 3 tickets or 2 at-fault accidents in the last 3 years.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Open and close rental contracts accurately, including contract modification and printing updates.
• Address customer inquiries regarding charges, vehicle damages, directions, etc.
• Promote and sell ancillary products such as coverage options, upgrades, and fuel purchases.
• Perform general office duties including answering phones, photocopying, and maintaining a clean workspace.
• Support a team environment by assisting other agents and areas when needed.
