About The Position
Multi-state design firm is seeking a Senior Airport Project Manager for their team in Fayetteville! The successful applicant will oversee all aspects of large/complex projects including planning, execution, and delivery. This role involves leading and managing a team, determining scope, complexity, planning, and scheduling requirements for large projects, and assisting with developing quality assurance standards for the firm through regular reviews and audits. The Senior Airport Project Manager will ensure that projects meet quality standards, mentor and train junior staff, assist with business development, and update and communicate with stakeholders on project status. Additionally, the role includes managing project resources such as staffing, budgeting, and procurement to ensure a successful project outcome, monitoring project performance and progress, identifying and correcting performance issues, and communicating with clients to ensure a high level of client satisfaction. Compliance with safety requirements for project staff working on-site is also essential.
