About The Position

The Lot Agent will monitor parking lots, garages, sidewalks, and outside areas of client location with a company vehicle. Schedule(s): 12a-830am, Thurs to Mon | 12a-830a, Tue to Sat Pay: $13.65 +Tips The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data

Requirements

• Must have valid Drivers License and able to pass Motor Vehicle Report
• Knowledge of safety standards and practices
• Min 1 year Experience with minor maintanece of vechiles; Battery jumps, gate assistance
• Min 1 year experience with inventory, use of scanning equipment

Nice To Haves

• Previous Driving Experience in a work environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Jumping batteries using a portable generator
• Filling tires with air using a portable air compressor
• Assisting customers to find their vehicle
• Enter in daily license plate for inventory
• Gate repair and replacement
• Moving bicycle racks
• Placing safety cones to direct traffic flow in garages and lots
• Snow removal, including but not limited to spreading ice melt and shoveling snow
• Managing traffic at toll booths
• Moving items from one location to another on and off customer premises
• Coordinating vendor deliveries and pickups
• Other duties as assigned
