This position does frontline work and will be assigned to work rotating shifts and holidays. It will also oversee staff on shift within the Terminal, Concourses, Federal Inspection Services (FIS), Airport Operations Center (AOC), and Lost & Found. Incumbent will respond to incidents and emergencies. They will need the ability to multitask. The position will display a level of customer service to the passengers, stakeholders, and staff. Prior experience from a contact center or dispatch center is a plus.
