About The Position
As a Network Support Administrator II, you will be at the forefront of maintaining and enhancing the Airport's network infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include working closely with the Software Support Team and System Engineering Team to implement and upgrade products, coordinating with the Network System Engineer Team to address technology needs, and ensuring City-wide network security. You will be the primary contact for hardware and software vendors, troubleshooting complex issues, and providing end-user training. From installing and configuring desktop and mobile systems to maintaining wireless network products and resolving trouble calls, your expertise will be crucial in keeping our network running smoothly. Additionally, you will assist with network backup processes, manage PC life cycles, and document technical procedures to ensure repeatable and efficient processes are in place.
