Under the general direction of the Airport Assistant Director of Business Development & Marketing, the incumbent supports in monitoring, analyzing and optimizing the airport's media presence and digital content performance within the community. This role will have a strong community relations presence, helping to foster strong relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and the traveling public. Responsibilities will include communication and analyses of facts and observations to assist management in decision-making, serving as the liaison between the Authority and other governmental agencies and community organizations. This is a 40-hour-per-week position with overtime as required. Work schedule may vary as needed and may include nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call status. Work is reviewed through observations and results obtained.
