About The Position
The Airport Lounge Manager 1 at Louis Armstrong International Airport (MSY) is responsible for overseeing the operations of the Delta Sky Clubs/Lounges, ensuring high-quality service and compliance with Sodexo and airline standards. This role involves managing a team of hourly employees, including supervisors, bartenders, and custodial staff, while focusing on labor cost management, scheduling, inventory, training, and guest relations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food and beverage service within upscale hospitality venues and demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills.
