About The Position

Are you ready for take-off? The City of Nacogdoches is searching for a dedicated and energetic individual to fill the full-time position of Airport Lineman . This is a unique opportunity to be the face of our regional airport, ensuring smooth operations for pilots, passengers and visitors year-round. Your Role: Be a key player at the A.L. Mangham Jr Regional Airport. You will handle aircraft fueling and servicing, provide top-notice customer service and perform essential grounds and building maintenance.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to perform heavy manual work (up to 75 lbs. occasionally).
• Must be able to work outside in weather conditions.
• This position requires flexibility, including potential weekend attendance and after-hours callouts.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in airport operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely fuel and service all types of aircraft.
• Assist pilots and passengers (e.g. with luggage and courtesy cars).
• Operate airport vehicles, including fuel trucks, tugs and mowers.
• Perform daily fuel safety and quality checks.
• Maintain the terminal buildings, grounds and parking lots.
