Requirements

• 2+ years of professional law enforcement experience in the U.S. after graduating from a certified law enforcement academy (Federal, State, or County level).
• Graduate of Law Enforcement or Military Police Training Program or Equivalent (must provide credentials upon applying).
• Valid Driver's License.
• Law Enforcement Officer License.
• 22+ years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the location, including interior and exterior areas, to help to deter unauthorized activities and/or suspicious behavior.
• Monitor and control access points, verifying identification and credentials as required by site protocols.
• Communicate and coordinate with law enforcement, airport personnel, and/or emergency responders as needed.
• Complete detailed and accurate reports regarding daily activities, incidents, and/or irregularities encountered during patrols.
• Remain alert and observant to potential threats or hazards within the location, and report findings according to established procedures.
• Assist in managing crowd control, directing foot traffic, and supporting the orderly flow of individuals within the location as needed.
