Requirements

• 2+ years of professional law enforcement experience in the U.S. after graduating from a certified law enforcement academy (Federal, State, or County level).
• Graduate of Law Enforcement or Military Police Training Program or Equivalent (must provide credentials upon applying).
• Valid Driver's License.
• Law Enforcement Officer License.
• 22+ years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas, verifying identification and/or credentials as required.
• Assist with access control and visitor management processes.
• Report suspicious activities, security-related hazards, or maintenance issues observed during patrols.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement and/or emergency responders as needed.
• Prepare detailed and accurate incident and/or activity reports as required by Allied Universal and the client site.
• Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential disruptions at the location.
