Requirements

• 2+ years of professional law enforcement experience in the U.S. after graduating from a certified law enforcement academy (Federal, State, or County level).
• Graduate of Law Enforcement or Military Police Training Program or Equivalent (must provide credentials upon applying).
• Valid Driver's License.
• Law Enforcement Officer License.
• 22+ years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining a professional presence.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the location, including both interior areas and the perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas, verifying credentials and helping to control access as required by site procedures.
• Observe and report any unusual activity, security-related hazards, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols.
• Communicate clearly and promptly with Allied Universal management, site personnel, and local authorities as needed.
• Assist with crowd management and/or traffic control during peak periods or special events at the location.
• Maintain awareness of site-specific emergency procedures and participate in drills or training sessions as required.
