About The Position

Airport IT System Support Technicians are an integral part of day-to-day operations providing 1st and 2nd level support for critical airport systems. These systems are used by passengers, guests, and employees at LAX International Airport. This position will require someone who is not only technical but also capable of analyzing incidents, identifying top call drivers and suggesting improvements. It is both proactive and reactive in its nature. Expect a hands-on technical role that comes with many benefits such as technical training and no two days being the same. You will be working with an innovative team with a strong focus on service delivery.

Requirements

  • College diploma or university degree in the field of Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or 2-3 years equivalent work experience.
  • Recognized technical experience with A+, Net+ certification or equivalent.
  • Customer Service Friendly attitude.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and transport tools and equipment. Position may require walking 10,000 or more steps in an average day.
  • Must be able to pass an airport security badging background check.
