Airport IT System Support Technicians are an integral part of day-to-day operations providing 1st and 2nd level support for critical airport systems. These systems are used by passengers, guests, and employees at LAX International Airport. This position will require someone who is not only technical but also capable of analyzing incidents, identifying top call drivers and suggesting improvements. It is both proactive and reactive in its nature. Expect a hands-on technical role that comes with many benefits such as technical training and no two days being the same.
