About The Position

The Airport Guest Service Agent at Hawaiian Airlines is responsible for providing guests with an authentic Hawaiian hospitality experience at the ticket counter and gates. Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Minimum age of 18 years old.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent education.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. when checking in guests' bags.
• Ability to work any shift awarded based on operational needs.
• Ability to complete pre-employment drug test and random drug testing.
• Ability to fulfill comprehensive background checks and fingerprinting for airport security requirements.
