This position manages Airport Emergency Management projects as the Owner's representative for Airport Operations initiatives regarding overseeing all training and exercises as it relates to the Charlotte Douglas International Airport Emergency Plan (AEP) and all other Training and Exercises related to the comprehensive All-Hazards Environment within the airport. This includes planning and overseeing the Triennial Exercise Program along with ICS and NIMS coursework of airport staff and other emergency management related programs as determined by CLT Executive Leadership and staff. Supervises and directs the work of the Emergency Management Coordinators. Must be able to assess situations quickly, objectively and determine the proper course of action within established rules.
