About The Position
The Dish Room Team is responsible for maintaining and ensuring the cleanliness and functionality of all equipment. Key responsibilities include cleaning, sanitizing, and sorting dishes and equipment according to specific guidelines and operational needs.
Requirements
- Thrive in a fast-paced, time-sensitive work environment.
- Adapt to changing priorities with flexibility.
- Lift, push, pull, and carry items weighing 50+ lbs.
- Stand, bend, stoop, and move continuously for shifts lasting 8+ hours.
- Work effectively in environments with extreme temperature variations.
- Adhere to all work rules, safety standards, and regulations.
- Utilize required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including but not limited to: Protective gloves (standard, cooler/freezer, cut-resistant), Hot mitts, Protective aprons and goggles, Hearing protection, Safety footwear
- Successfully pass pre-employment and random drug screenings.
- Pass comprehensive criminal background checks (including TSA and Customs compliance).
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance, aligned with company standards.
- Ensure all products are prepared and delivered within designated timeframes.
- Demonstrate flexibility with scheduling, including availability for overnights, weekends, and holidays.
- Comply with all Sky Cafe rules and regulations for the safe operation of the Flight Kitchen.
