Requirements

• Ability to learn quickly and interpret flight schedules and airline destination information.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and support to all stations and other departments.
• Perform aircraft load planning and verification of Cargo Load Reports prior to departures.
• Coordinate operational irregularities, including hotel accommodations and meal vouchers for impacted customers.
• Notify ground operations of gate and local bag carousel delivery.
• Coordinate aircraft moves from remote locations to terminal gates.
• Assist in managing incidents involving staff or passenger accidents, illnesses, or injuries.
• Record weights of mail, cargo, and company materials loaded onto aircraft.
• Process security queues and handle restricted passengers.
• Assist the Airport Coordination Center Supervisor with company initiatives and projects.
• Research and resolve questions regarding company policies, FAA/TSA/CBP regulations, and safety protocols.
• Monitor seat map assignments and make necessary changes.
• Coordinate overbooking and authorizations with third-party companies.
• Assist with load planning for Amazon Freighter operations.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.
