About The Position

The Airport Cabin Service Agent is responsible for cleaning and servicing aircraft interiors, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness for customer boarding and departure. This role involves detailed cleaning of various aircraft areas and assisting ramp agents, while also ensuring compliance with safety and operational protocols.

Requirements

• Ability to work in extreme conditions, such as hot and cold weather, as well as small spaces.
• Eligibility to receive appropriate security clearances after satisfactory completion of a criminal background check.
• Possession of a valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Flexible schedule allowing work during nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work in cramped or high places.
• Ability to carry heavy items up and down jet way stairs.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and servicing of aircraft interiors, including cabin, cockpit, galleys, and lavatories.
• Preparing the cabin for customer boarding and departure by cleaning seats, seat pockets, floors, galleys, and lavatories.
• Checking, handling, assembling, removing, and installing passenger service cabin furnishings and supplies according to specifications.
• Performing detailed cleaning to ensure all areas are free of dirt, debris, marks, and fingerprints.
• Assisting ramp agents when cabin cleaning is complete.
• Performing FOD walks in the ramp area between flights.
• Marshalling aircraft during arrival and departures.
• Ensuring necessary ground equipment is available in the ramp area and bag room for upcoming flights.
• Reading and interpreting aircraft weight and balance loading instructions, hazardous materials identification labels, aircraft loading manifest, and baggage routing tags.
• Performing other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill and experience capabilities.
