Greet passengers and provide a seamless check-in and ticketing experience.
Utilize reservation/ticketing software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes.
Interact with customers in a courteous, efficient, and friendly manner.
Load, unload and sort freight, mail, and baggage in a safe manner.
Achieve on-time departures and arrivals.
Work outside in all weather conditions.
Participate in paid on-the-job training and development programs.

Must be able to carry, bend, lift and turn with bags weighing up to 75 pounds.
Possess a valid, unexpired and unsuspended REAL ID-compliant, state driver's license.
Must be 18 years or older.
High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent.
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
Authorized to work in U.S. without sponsorship.
