Requirements

• Must be able to carry, bend, lift and turn with bags weighing up to 75 pounds.
• Valid driver's license (some license restrictions may prohibit a candidate from being considered for this role).
• 18 years or older.
• High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Authorized to work in U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Greet passengers and provide a seamless check-in and ticketing experience.
• Utilize reservation/ticketing software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes while interacting with customers.
• Load, unload and sort freight, mail, and baggage safely to achieve on-time departures and arrivals.
• Lift customers' bags onto the belt and assist them to their destination.
• Drive company vehicles on the tarmac to transport bags.
• Work outside in all weather conditions and enjoy the fresh air during shifts.
• Adapt to varying shifts that may include irregular and/or extended hours, weekends, and holidays.
